Product Summary
Dormakaba Stainless Steel Butt hinges are highly recommended for commercial applications and residential applications. This range of hinges have many features such as; an additional security pin to all fixed pin hinges for ultimate protection; four bearings to all butt hinge ball bearing versions; and the fast fix hinges have an option of a kinked version to assist with bringing the door back into the frame efficiently for both timber and aluminium doors.

Sash & Dead Locks
Door Locks
dormakaba offers both Din Standard Mechanical locks (300 CE Series) and Self-locking Emergency Escape locks (SVP) which automatically lock doors after each closing.
SVP locks are either electro-mechanically or mechanically controlled and provide an emergency escape function allowing the door to be opened at any time in the exit direction by simply operating the lever handle or panic bar.

Door Closers
Our door closer portfolio offers you a variety of different modules.
Door closers as slide channel door closers with rods, invisibly integrated in the door frame or the floor. With a fail-safe function that enables almost resistance-free opening of fire doors and for barrier-free construction inside and outdoors. The smoke detectors with integrated power pack and the RM-N smoke detector perfectly complement the proven, practical dormakaba hold-open systems for preventative fire protection.
Our door closers close doors up to 1,600 mm wide. For this, the closing force and speed, among other things, can be individually adjusted.
