Stainless steel doors are constructed from 0.8mm thick SS 304 / 316 with matt finish steel sheet, formed to provide a 45mm thick fully flush, double skin door shell with seamless welding joint all around. The internal construction of the door incorporates honeycomb / Puff structure with reinforcement all around.
Crevice-free design is a distinguishing feature of MPP doors.

DOOR LEAVES:
These are constructed from 1.0mm thick stainless steel sheet, formed to provide a 45mm thick fully flush, double skin door shell with seamless welding joint all around. Internal reinforcements ensure rigidity. The doors incorporate honeycomb infill with reinforcement all around.
DOOR FRAMES:
The door frames are produced from 1.2mm stainless steel sheet formed to single rebate profile of size 100mm x 57mm (+/- 0.3mm) with a maximum bending radius of 1.2mm.
The doorframes can be fixed to the brick or block walls using Anchors not welded to the frame (First fix).
VISION GLASS:
Rectangular plain Forted Glass with 5mm thick clear glassg in 450 x 750mm size is provided.
FINISH:
SS 2B finish.
